Arbella Insurance Group seeks a Financial Analyst Associate to support Premium Analysis, Expense Allocation, and Competitor Analysis. The role collaborates with Personal and Commercial Lines teams and uses Workday and Adaptive Insights for planning and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Finance or Economics background, 0-3 years of finance experience, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Compensation reflects market range and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• 0-3 years of Finance experience preferred, internships desirable.
• Excel skills (intermediate/advanced) and ability to learn cloud-based financial systems.
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly premium reporting and variance analyses for management.
• Conduct quarterly competitor analysis and year-end market share reporting.
• Analyze expenses pre- and post-allocation to calculate product-line ratios.
• Support planning processes using Workday and Adaptive Insights.
• Collaborate with Personal, Commercial Lines and Actuarial on forecasts.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Workday reporting.
• Communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and work in a team.
