Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Vespyr and Aurologistics. The role focuses on payable processing, GL review, cost rationalisation, management accounting, and MIS reporting, with monthly deliverables and close coordination with the Global Shared Service.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely payments, AR collections, and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements under the direction of the Finance Controller.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of AP or manufacturing accounting experience.
• Competency in MS Office programs.
• Experience in Oracle.
• Strong ability to communicate.
• Ability to prioritize and organize.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payables: coordinate with Global Shared Service and ensure proper approvals.
• Accounts Payable: review payments and assist in month-end closing.
• Accounts Receivable: monitor collections and GL reconciliation.
• General Ledger: perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Management Accounting: prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
