Job summary

Apscareerportal in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Finance Associate to analyze, compute and prepare financial data for journal entries, general ledgers and related statements.

Qualifications

About the role

Responsible for the following: analyze, compute and prepare financial data for journal entries, general ledgers along other related financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory.
• Prepares general ledger entries.
• Enter invoices into ERS System.
• Responsible for the following Accounts Receivable functions:
  • Applying payments, monthly invoicing, reconciling customer accounts/inquiries
• Create chargeback invoices as needed.
• Notifies accountant about pricing differences.
• Request aging reports from customers.
• Assists with annual external audit and other special projects as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
