Job summary

Safran Cabin, located in Los Angeles, seeks a Financial Analyst 3 to strengthen our finance team. You will prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness under general supervision.

This role collaborates with Controllers and the Corporate Financial team on diverse analyses and ad hoc projects. You will reconcile ERP transactions, analyze expenses and revenue, and support continuous improvements in the reporting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Access knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills for expenses and revenue analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BFC compliance weekly and coordinate with GL team to correct data.
• Reconcile ERP transactions to BFC reports for consistency.
• Prepare, review and publish monthly financial reports (income statements, WCR, forecasts, headcount, KPI).
• Review monthly reports to identify trends, variances, and forecast accuracy.
• Assist in process improvements and document financial reporting procedures.
• Handle multiple projects with attention to detail under deadlines.

Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Financial Analyst 3 you'll play a pivotal part on our Finance team. The Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial analysis and the completion of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports according to the organizational deadlines. This job reports to the Financial Reporting Manager.

This position contributes to our vision by:

• Monitor BFC Compliance report on a weekly basis and work with GL team to correct data as needed
• Reconcile ERP transactions to BFC reports to ensure consistency and reliability
• Support Controllers, Financial Reporting Manager, and the Corporate Financial team, by collecting, preparing, reviewing and publishing various monthly financial reports (income statements, WCR, forecasts, headcount, KPI, etc.) according to published schedules
• Review monthly reports to help identify trends, variances, and track performance by comparing actual results to forecasts
• Assist in identifying Financial Reporting process improvements and recommend actions to Financial Reporting Manager
• Maintain Financial Reporting process documentation
• Assist with special projects, and development of various ad hoc financial analysis, as needed
• Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment
• Performs under only general supervision

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,750 - $111,180 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Candidate skills & requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, or accounting

Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including: Word, Outlook and Excel (highly advanced proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.),
• Access knowledge
