SUMMARY
This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing finance environment.Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the Financial Analyst will support the finance function by assisting with financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Financial Reporting & Close Support
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and management reports.
- Support the general ledger close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with internal controls and policies.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Support the development of job costing models and profitability reports.
- Help track and analyze production costs, margins, and pricing trends.
- Prepare variance analyses and ad hoc reports to support decision-making.
Collaboration & Development
- Work closely with the Director of Finance and accounting team to support day-to-day finance operations.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on new responsibilities as skills develop.
- Contribute to a culture of process adherence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ERP/accounting systems a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across teams.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships considered).

- Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
- Location: Onsite, in-person
