  • Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
Stay a Step Ahead
  • Proactively identify projects, risks, and opportunities.
  • Surface issues early and help drive solutions.
  • Raise the bar - Collaborate with teammates and help improve the team's models and reporting.
Be the Financial Partner for Your Area
  • Own budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Lead month-end reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, pricing evaluations, and capital investment recommendations.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and serve as a trusted advisor.
What Success Looks Like
  • 90 Days: Understand your area, its financial drivers, and key stakeholders.
  • 6 Months: Become a go-to resource for financial guidance and decision support.
  • 12 Months: Proactively identify opportunities and risks while delivering forecasts leaders trust.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data and analysis.
Preferred
  • SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • ERP and planning system experience, preferably JD Edwards.
  • Telecom, broadband, subscription-based, or capital-intensive industry experience.
