Armstrong Group is seeking a Financial Analyst II to act as the financial lead for an assigned area, owning its budget, forecast, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor and build robust financial models to guide decisions.

On-site role in Butler, PA, requiring strong Excel modeling skills and experience in FP&A. CPA/CFA/MBA progress is a plus, with opportunities to impact multiple brands within a diverse family company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related analytical field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 3 to 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence decisions through data.
• Preferred knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• ERP and planning system experience, preferably JD Edwards.
• Telecom, broadband, subscription-based, or capital-intensive industry experience.
• Progress toward CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
