Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc financial analyses for business decisions.
• Partner with department managers to understand drivers and provide insights.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, inventory and performance trends.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with the accounting team.
• Create dashboards and reports using ERP and BI systems.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy within Dynamics 365 FO.
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives.

The Financial Analyst will support the Controller in financial reporting, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision support. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work effectively across departments and build strong business relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO).
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Manufacturing, engineering, or technology industry experience.
