Job summary

Banyan Search is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support performance through FP&A, budgeting, and strategic insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include financial analysis across budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and building financial models to support strategic investments. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting/economics/business.
• 2–5 years of experience in similar financial/FP&A roles.
• Ability to navigate ERP environments and transform data into impactful presentations.
• Analytical experience using Excel, SQL, and BI reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including operating budgets and capital requests.
• Strong communication and collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Position Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support business performance through financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and business performance across departmental and operational budgets, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans; monitor variances, trends, and scenarios.
• Support monthly close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Deliver clear, actionable analytics to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Power BI or similar data visualization experience.
