Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, treasury operations, and corporate finance initiatives while partnering with leaders to support growth and improve performance. Responsibilities include developing financial models, preparing analyses for senior leadership, and driving improvements in reporting, processes, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, accounting, financial analysis, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting acquisitions, capital investments, equipment financing, leasing, and other corporate finance initiatives.
• Assist with treasury activities, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Support debt and credit administration activities, including lender reporting, covenant compliance, borrowing availability, and interest expense analysis.
• Participate in fixed asset, intangible asset, and annual goodwill impairment analyses.
• Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and reporting for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with operational and business leaders to understand results, identify opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and automation.
• Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.

Overview

Titan Machinery is adding a Financial Analyst to our team. In this role, you'll transform financial data into meaningful insights that help drive strategic business decisions across the organization.
