Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting in Washington, DC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a U.S. government client onsite. The role covers monthly CBM/CMM activity, cost calculations, anomaly research, variance analyses, and customer reporting.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and SQL, and U.S. citizenship. The job is contingent on contract award and security eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial reporting, SQL development and audit support.
• Experience with senior cost-model architecture, billing methodology, and trend-analysis coverage.
• Direct experience working on DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain traceable assumptions, methods, and sources.
• Calculate quarterly Cost Per Vendor Invoice (CPVI), support annual FASS reassessment, workload-driver analysis and cost allocation.
• Support SLA updates and FS-7600A/7600B agreement analysis and routing, continuing resolution iterations, FYE reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Validate financial extracts and reporting outputs, maintain cost-model documentation and audit trails, and support configuration changes.

H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking aFinancial Analystto support a U.S. government client. The Financial Analyst will support monthly CBM/CMM activity and cost calculations, anomaly research, variance analyses, and customer reports. This is an onsite positionsupporting a government client. The position requiresU.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain traceable assumptions, methods, and sources.
• Calculate quarterly Cost Per Vendor Invoice (CPVI), support annual FASS reassessment, workload-driver analysis and cost allocation.
• Support SLA updates and FS-7600A/7600B agreement analysis and routing, continuing resolution iterations, FYE reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.
