$33.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Finance/Accounting Specialist/Analyst

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Pay rate: $33-$36/hr

Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end close process through detailed backup and support schedules.
• Prepare accurate EU, AU, and UK sales data files for third-party VAT return filings and ensure timely processing of related payments.
• Compile coding for logistics-related carrier charges.
• Manage the Fame House Corporate Card, coordinating with departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Uphold accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally within the music industry or eCommerce.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mentality.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with SAP, Monday.com, and SharePoint is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
