The successful candidate will analyze financial data, prepare management reports, monitor performance, and address day-to-day financial matters. The role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to present complex financial information clearly to executive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Analytical skills for financial analysis, budgeting, and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and financial data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business decisions.

• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and day-to-day financial operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and resourceful self-starter. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their responsibilities, exercises sound judgment, and is comfortable navigating client relations while developing solutions and creating structure independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, monitoring financial performance, and addressing day-to-day financial matters. They should be comfortable managing competing priorities, working closely with the Precise team, and presenting complex financial information clearly to executive management.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and financial data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business decisions.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and day-to-day financial operations.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with an interest in developing expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and project management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
