Ventura Foods in Saginaw, TX is seeking a finance professional to lead forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across the plant. The role emphasizes developing financial models, benchmarking performance, and driving process improvements with internal stakeholders.
You will support capital planning, CapEx analysis, and the Latest Estimate process, while ensuring accuracy of financial results and adherence to best practices.

Core responsibilities include forecasting (latest estimate and rolling 12), Fuel for Growth (FFG) tracking, strategic projects/ad hoc analysis, capital planning & analysis, benchmarking, and secondary or back-up resource to other plant finance positions. You will communicate collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements, deliverables, and expectations are addressed in a timely manner. You will lead various projects to continually enhance processes, including financial modelling and systems improvements, and procedural updates to enhance efficiency and adopt/implement best practices.
