Ventura Foods in Saginaw, TX is seeking a Senior Plant Engineering Manager to lead all engineering and capital project activities within our manufacturing facility, ensuring reliability, efficiency, safety, and cost objectives.

The Senior Plant Engineering Manager is responsible for expertly leading all engineering and capital project activities within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of plant equipment, infrastructure, and processes to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This leader drives a proactive reliability culture, oversees capital execution, and partners cross-functionally to eliminate losses and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree should have 5-7 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, 5-10 years of relevant experience will be considered.
