Job summary

Troy Design and Manufacturing is seeking a Full Time Financial Analyst in Plymouth, MI to drive billing analysis, compile reports, and develop trackers to support the business. You will manage multiple orders, perform month-end profitability analysis, and prepare invoices with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process multiple sales orders and job orders across various departments.
• Create, update, and maintain tracking documents containing financial data using Microsoft Office applications, Made2Manage, and web-based systems, including Web Quote.
• Perform month-end profit analysis for closed sales orders to support financial reporting.
• Monitor and maintain customer purchase order balances to ensure accurate financial records.
• Review monthly project costs and generate accurate monthly customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to sales orders, job orders, customer purchase orders, and invoicing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Program Management teams by participating in Finance meetings to develop a comprehensive understanding of TDM business operations and financial performance.
• Consistently meet accounting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support additional accounting and administrative functions as assigned.
