Visit .**Position Summary**The Financial Analyst will primarily be focused on the rates and pricing function, as well as lend support to other areas within Practice Analysis**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:* Support the annual rate arrangement process, via the consolidation and distribution of historical data (time value, hours, billings, etc.), sensitivity analysis, and monitoring of deadlines.* Compile historical client, matter, and practice group performance to help support pricing decisions and profitability assessments.* Collaborate with partners, business development and accounting to support client and pricing initiatives.* Utilize Oracle and other financial reporting tools to extract data and prepare financial reports.* Provide analysis on financial performance, utilization, realization, leverage, profitability, and other KPIs.* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the pricing and related financial analysis capabilities.* Identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring pricing analysis and reporting using Excel and other analytical tools (Tableau), reducing manual workflow and creating efficiencies.* Various ad-hoc projects.**Qualifications/Position Requirements*** Strong organization and communication skills.* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.* Comfortable managing large data sets.* Knowledge of Oracle and Smartview a plus.**Education and/or Experience*** Bachelor's degree in business-related field.* 1-3 years of public or private experience in a similar capacity (Accounting or FP&A)**Compensation**The expected base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 - $85,000.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
