Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in New Haven, CT is seeking a Financial Analyst to support close, forecasts, and analytics. This on-site role collaborates with finance and accounting teams across the organization and leverages Excel and OneStream to deliver accurate reports and insights.

You bring a finance or accounting degree with 2+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to explain variances and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
• Experience with OneStream reporting or Excel queries is a plus; GAAP/IFRS exposure is a plus.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• A foundation in finance or accounting, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on finance experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting or month-end close.
• Excel experience using pivot tables, lookups and formulas to analyze financial data.
• Even Better If You Bring Experience with OneStream reporting or OneStream queries in Excel, GAAP experience, IFRS exposure, or experience with ERP and reporting platforms.

The annualized salary for this role is $80,000–$100,000, with final pay determined based on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role.
