Job summary

Truity Partners is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a privately held team just north of downtown Milwaukee. This hands-on role supports financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis across the organization in a temporary or temp-to-hire capacity.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, auditing, or related area.
• Strong Excel and financial data skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in industrial services or manufacturing environment helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales, financial, and operational performance and communicate key trends.
• Develop and maintain KPIs used by leadership to monitor business performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to assist with business decisions.
• Assist with monthly management and board reporting.
• Work with data across multiple ERP and financial systems.
• Help enhance reporting and business intelligence capabilities, including Power BI.
• Support the month-end close process as needed.
• Assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and integration work related to M&A activities as capacity allows.
• Partner with finance leadership and other areas of the business on special projects and analysis.

We’re partnering with a privately held company just north of downtown Milwaukee that is looking to add a Financial Analyst to its team in either a temporary or temp to hire capacity. This is a hands-on, highly visible opportunity working closely with senior leadership and supporting financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis across the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, audit, or similar experience and enjoys digging into data, building reports, and helping leaders understand business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Comfortable communicating financial information and findings to different audiences
• Experience within an industrial services or manufacturing environment is helpful but not required
