Job summary

Dizario Search is conducting a search for an FP&A Manager west of Milwaukee, WI with a well-established, publicly traded global manufacturing organization. This role partners with Operations and Supply Chain to drive financial performance, cost optimization, and data-driven decision making.

The position leads AOP, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting, develops pricing and cost models, and targets continuous improvement through BI tools and SAP-backed data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong Power BI/BI and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with SAP and ERP data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AOP, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders on financial and operational performance.
• Develop financial models for pricing, cost optimization, productivity, and growth initiatives.
• Identify and validate 2%+ annual COGS cost savings.
• Lead development and optimization of Power BI dashboards and AI tools for finance.

• Drive process improvements and support M&A integrations.
• Lead and develop a small FP&A team.

FP&A Manager Qualifications

• Experience in a publicly traded, multi-entity or multi-business-unit organization
• Experience with M&A integrations
• Strong Power BI/BI and financial modeling skills
