Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Financial Analyst for the LRHC Rural Health Clinics. You will assist under the Controller, ACFO and CFO with data collection, analysis, budgeting and month-end close, plus special projects.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in finance, a degree in accounting, and strong proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and customer relations are valued as part of the team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years as accountant or in finance, preferably healthcare finance.
• Bachelor in Accounting preferred; other business fields acceptable.
• Knowledge of accounting systems required.
• Proficiency with PC-based spreadsheet and word processing programs.
• Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to file, communicate orally, and maintain good working relationships.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Controller, ACFO and CFO, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for

• Data collection, analysis, department and program pro-formas, budget compilation, financial performance consolidation, reimbursement projects, survey completion, month end close, and special projects as assigned.

Other preferred/required experience:

• 2 years as accountant or in finance, prefer healthcare finance.
• Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Accounting preferred. Other business-related fields are acceptable.
• Required knowledge of accounting systems.
• Proficiency with PC based spreadsheet and word processing programs.
• Microsoft office preferred.
• Ability to file, communicate orally, maintain effective and amiable relationship with customers and co-workers.
