Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to

• Conducting detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Utilizing Great Plains software to manage financial data and generate reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Identifying trends and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Collaborating with various teams to analyze financial data and develop financial models.
• Evaluating financial performance against key business metrics and communicating results to management.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Financial Analyst position will possess the following qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in Great Plains software is a must.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
