Job summary

Aggreko in Pearland, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst to support multiple finance functions from planning to accounting. The role is hybrid and based at our Pearland service center, collaborating with regional teams to drive performance.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, assist audits, and build financial models using Excel, Power BI and Infor ERP. A 5+ year background and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Financial Analyst based in Pearland, TX. Financial Analysts are responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of finance such as financial planning & analysis, financial control, accounting, tax, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and credit & collections.

What you’ll do as a Financial Analyst:

• You’ll be based out of our Pearland, TX service center working hybrid.
• Adaptable to a highly dynamic environment
• Able to work effectively across regions in a geographically dispersed global organization
• High level of credibility and ability on dealing with sensitive information
• Able to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and work flexibly with them to understand and drive business performance
• Able to understand and interpret complex data
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including headcount reporting
• Support business operations with information, analytics, balance sheets, forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Activities include financial transaction/data entry, financial data verification, financial records maintenance, and compiling/maintaining ad-hoc financial information.

You are:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work, plus a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) experience in a similar role involving analytic responsibilities
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Good experience in the preparation of financial reports, building and utilizing financial and operational decision-making models, trend analysis and forecasting
• Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
• Experience with Infor ERP environment, Financial Consolidation systems and Power BI
• Advanced use of Microsoft office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
