Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years in accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis.
• Working foundation in financial reporting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH).
• PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• MUST BE LOCATED IN BIRMINGHAM, AL.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, monthly, and recurring sales and financial reports with variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, and expenses to spot trends and recommend fixes.
• Validate and reconcile data, resolving discrepancies before they reach leadership.
• Build financial models supporting strategic planning.
• Support the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze commissions, incentives, and quota performance.
• Present findings to leadership and sales executives.
