Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and create detailed financial models to support management decisions.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to gather inputs and provide financial insights.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
• Create dashboards for data visualization to support decision-making.
• Improve budgeting processes and educate managers on financial issues.
• Participate in developing and implementing financial systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and managing large data sets.
• Proficient in PowerBI with dashboard creation experience.
