Aston Carter contracts professionals to support EVMS and related reporting on our programs from Goleta, CA. The role emphasizes data entry, financial tracking, and rapid issue resolution in a fully remote setting.
The analyst will prepare IPMDARs monthly, assemble CPD in JSON, and support audits with strong SAP/PMX/EDIT+ familiarity. This contract position offers hourly pay and benefits as described.
Contractor will work closely with Program Manager, Finance, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and Scheduling functions on the ASARS-2B Production program to support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and weekly report of EV metrics along with variances. They will train Raytheon program team on EVM processes as needed, and are required to have previous knowledge of SAP, PMX, and EDIT+ systems and tools. The Contractor shall provide monthly IPMDARs to external government customer, and is responsible for assembly of: Contract Performance Dataset (CPD) (submitted in JSON format) and Performance Narrative Report (Executive Summary and Detailed Analysis). IPMDAR is due every +17 business days. Contractor support will be critically important to not only meet this deliverable but also support ongoing and future audits.
