Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business analytics, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports; conduct variance and performance analysis.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key KPIs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Analyze profitability and KPIs by business unit or segment.

• Extract and analyze data from financial systems; improve reporting processes.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. This role serves as a key Finance partner to management by providing actionable financial insights that support operational efficiency, strategic growth, and informed decision‑making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm, healthcare organization, consulting firm, or professional services environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial reporting software.
• Familiarity with profitability analysis and KPI development.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a professional certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring Range: $90,000-$125,000 annually, commensurate with experience
