Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Finance Analyst to support management reporting and budgeting in Exton, PA. The role is in-office three days per week, with collaboration across healthcare units and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel modelling skills, experience with variance analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for management and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience partnering with management teams as a trusted advisor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute management reports and operations analysis for internal use.
• Assist with budget, strategic planning and re-forecasting with stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Review historical and future data trends; advise management on actions.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key trends across units.
• Define and measure monthly KPI reporting to support leadership reviews.

Job description

MUST have experience in the healthcare industry

IN OFFICE 3 days per week in Exton, PA.

• Responsible for the preparation and distribution of management reports & operations analysis for internal use
• Assist with the budget, strategic planning and re-forecasting processes, working alongside the wider stakeholders to deliver the company goals
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including budget-to-actual comparisons and variance analysis
• Review data on historical and future trends in performance; develop reports and provide advice & counsel to management for development of appropriate actions
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and key financial trends across practices, providers, and service lines.
• Work with business unit owners to define and measure monthly KPI reporting (business operations metrics) to support leadership review of monthly results
• Provide financial support to other corporate functions as well as operational leadership

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience
• Experience working with business or unit management teams as a value-add resource and trusted advisor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and financial modelling
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team
