Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate FP&A, operational KPI architecture, and financial modeling and a proven ability to deliver executive-ready insights, optimize resource allocation, and drive process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Operational Performance & KPI Architecture: Lead the strategy, development, and refinement of operational metrics reporting across tech organizations to drive strategic decision-making and business alignment.
• Integrated FP&A Management: Direct multi-quarter financial planning, forecasting, and actuals analysis to inform resource allocation.
• Process Transformation & Automation: Identify, design, and implement enhancements across financial systems, forecasting workflows, and operational processes.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by delivering proactive financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Oversight & Accounting Controls: Maintain oversight of financial governance and SOX compliance.
• Month-End Close Supervision: Review key journal entries and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated strategic ownership of cross-functional initiatives and governance.
• Advanced problem solving, critical thinking, and financial modeling capability.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. Masters or certification preferred.

Experience

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or finance at Senior, Principal, or Lead Analyst level.

Technical mastery

• Technical mastery in Excel and Google Sheets, including macros, advanced formulas, scenario planning, and data integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise software engineering, IT infrastructure, or complex business systems organizations.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo to automate reporting and analytics.
