Job summary

You will partner with leaders across the organization, prepare reports for senior leadership, build financial models, monitor performance against budgets, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Workday is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
