Job summary

Realogic Analytics, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst with 0–1 years of analytical experience to join a collaborative team in downtown Chicago. You will assist in financial analysis, valuation, and due-diligence assignments, with potential work at client sites and travel as required.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics, and proficiency in Excel; Argus Enterprise is a plus. Travel readiness and strong communication are essential.

Job Scope

We are seeking a self-motivated, diligent individual with 0-1 years of analytical experience to fill the role of Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be an integral part of Realogic working as a team with a pool of analysts, and assisting in the execution of various financial analysis, valuation, and due-diligence assignments. Assignments may be executed at Realogic’s offices in downtown Chicago or directly at our clients’ offices; a willingness and ability to travel is a must.

Qualifications/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Real Estate background with Argus Enterprise experience a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Flexible and enthusiastic work ethic to execute project specific goals and assignments

Compensation and Benefits

Realogic carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum total compensation for the Financial Analyst position, including a quarterly discretionary bonus based upon Realogic’s applicable bonus program, is $60,000 annually and the maximum total compensation for the Financial Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
