Job summary

Teledyne Imaging Sensors, part of Teledyne Technologies, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our mission-focused team in Camarillo, CA. You’ll act as the primary owner of weekly revenue estimates, monitor labor realization rates, and support forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis across functions.

You will collaborate with Operations, Contracts, and Accounting to deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis of trends, and performance metrics, including PONC and on-time delivery, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, accounting, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present data and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience in government contracting or manufacturing; U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and submit Operational Excellence metrics, including PONC, on-time delivery, and overtime utilization reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Contracts, Accounting, and other functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance measurement.
• Support indirect rate development, FPRP activities, financial reviews, internal controls, and audit requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary focal point for weekly revenue estimation and financial performance tracking.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, accounting, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial data and recommendations effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a government contracting or manufacturing environment preferred; U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access requirements.

Salary Range

$62,800.00-$83,700.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
