Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting processes and accounting principles.
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile personnel cost data across HCM and financial platforms to ensure alignment with approved funding.
  • Review and process funding-related workflow items with proper approvals.
  • Generate reports and dashboards from financial, HR, and legacy systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in annual budget planning cycles and periodic budget reviews.
  • Maintain and enhance short- and long-term forecasting tools.
  • Analyze budget performance for trends, variances, and cost optimization.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
  • Support distribution and tracking of finalized budgets across departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret results and develop performance metrics.

  • Reconcile personnel cost data across human capital systems and financial management platforms to ensure alignment with approved funding
  • Review and process funding-related workflow items, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
  • Generate reports and dashboards from financial, HR, and legacy systems to support data-driven decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual budget planning cycles and periodic budget reviews
  • Maintain and enhance short- and long-term financial forecasting tools
  • Analyze budget performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
  • Support distribution and tracking of finalized budgets across departments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret financial results and develop performance metrics
Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related discipline

  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and presenting financial insights clearly
