Job summary

Hendricks Commercial Properties seeks a Financial Analyst to deliver market data, analysis, and financial modeling for properties and developments, including lease transactions and related duties. You will build and enhance models, prepare investment recommendations, and support lease analyses in a dynamic downtown CRE environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business with relevant concentration and experience with complex CRE models; proficiency in MS Office and Argus is preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate preferred.
• Experience creating and manipulating complex financial models and underwriting commercial real estate properties and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Procure and evaluate market data, provide analysis and financial modeling of properties, projects and lease transactions.
• Measure, monitor and enhance financial models utilized, as needed.
• Preparation of Investment Recommendations, and lease analysis.
• Review & abstract leases, and accurately prepare PIF forms.
• Present market, property and financial level facts and opinioned analysis.
• Advise on merits and considerations of each prospective investment.
• Keep up to date on company’s financial analysis ratio requirements.
• Evaluates third party financial statements.
• Ability to communicate complex information succinctly and resolve issues proactively.
• Interface with brokers, owners, consultants, and other market participants.

BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB

As the Financial Analyst, you are responsible for effectively providing market data, analysis and financial modeling of properties, project and developments, lease transactions, and other duties as assigned.

Your Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred.

Experience and/or Training
