Job summary

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, CPA/CFA preferred, and strong financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial forecasting, annual business planning, and rolling plans, while conducting variance analysis and account reconciliation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Execute the monthly P&L closing process and assist in period-end closings (month, quarter, and year) in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and research, specifically regarding financial performance and cost-saving measures.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and cost-saving activities in coordination with various team leaders.
  • Provide essential business information and generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
  • Support the preparation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.

Position Summary

The Finance team plays a critical role in driving the company’s profitability through strategic cost-saving initiatives, rigorous budget control, and investment optimization. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is eager to learn and can grow into a professional capable of delivering high-quality financial insights and maintaining operational excellence to support informed executive decision-making, even in challenging market environments.

Role and Responsibilities

The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000- $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
