Job summary

Ascend Aesthetic Partners in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team. You will analyze financial data, support physician compensation, budgeting, forecasting, and develop models across multiple sources.

This role requires SQL, Power BI and advanced Excel skills, plus you will collaborate with Finance, IT, HR and operations to drive insight and improve compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or data analytics experience (Healthcare preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, financial modeling).
• Experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, visualizations).
• Working proficiency in SQL (pull and manipulate data from large databases).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business and operational decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and communicate key findings to leadership.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other FP&A activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support business initiatives.
• Support the calculation and administration of physician compensation and incentive/bonus programs.
• Assist with process improvements and automation related to physician compensation.
• Work with large and complex data sets from multiple systems and sources.
• Pull data using SQL and transform raw data into usable analytical datasets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT/Data, and clinical leadership.

Position Summary

We are seeking afull time motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial analysis, physician compensation, bonus calculations, reporting, and data analytics. This position will work extensively with large data sets, including pulling, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to develop meaningful insights and support business decisions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
