Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in student services programs.
• Knowledge of financial aid programs and enrollment processes.
• Experience using student information systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, accurate, and responsive customer service through in-person, phone, email, and virtual interactions.
• Counsel and assist students with onboarding, academic planning, registration, financial aid, and other student services.
• Process documents, maintain student records, and assist with data entry and updates.
• Serve as a resource for financial aid and veterans' benefits information and assist in understanding resources.
• Coordinate across departments to facilitate financial aid processing and enrollment requirements.
• Gather and interpret documentation to ensure accurate records and timely processing.
• Assist dual enrollment students with planning and transfer opportunities; provide advising sessions.
• Support committees and events; recommend improvements to student services and operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
