Job summary

You will help students pursue their Iowa State education by strengthening financial aid platforms and partnering with campus teams on Workday Student.

We seek a problem-solver who translates business needs into technical plans, builds automated processes, and creates dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve essential systems for financial aid and scholarships.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot issues and monitor system performance.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and releases ensuring compliance and security.
• Lead financial aid technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Train staff and create clear documentation.
