Job summary

Working with the Associate Director/Systems and Financial Aid Module Lead, you will monitor transactions, support system updates, and develop user-friendly training modules for end users.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial aid needs analysis methodology and program guidelines.
• Ability to use MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the financial aid module functionality.
