Qualifications

• Eligible for Federal Work Study (FWS) program.

• Enrolled in at least 6 semester hours pre-credit or credit classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist at reception desk, greet students, faculty, and staff.
• Be present in Greeting Center and guide students.
• Assist staff with day-to-day office functions.
• Answer inquiries via email, phone, and Zoom.
• Uphold Customer Service Excellence Standards.
• Utilize Excel; aid FAFSA applications; provide strong customer service.
