Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking a Financial Aid Specialist to provide excellent customer service and counseling to students and parents regarding Federal, State, and Institutional financial aid options. The role requires traveling between two main campuses and occasional statewide meetings, with some evening/weekend hours.
The position reports to the Associate Director of Financial Aid and is based at SWTCC with multiple campus locations.

Job Summary
This is a full-time, fiscal year position reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Aid. The Financial Aid Specialist provides excellent customer service and counseling to students and parents regarding all types of Federal Financial Aid, State and Institutional Grants and Scholarships available to students attending Southwest Tennessee Community College. He/she may work some evenings and weekends as needed; have the ability to travel between two main campuses, site locations; and travel mostly within the state for attendance at professional meetings.
