Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs for Financial Aid and Scholarships staff.
• Creates and maintains centralized training materials and knowledge resources.
• Translates regulatory guidance into practical training content and guides.
• Serves as the primary training resource for campus partners and offices.
• Provides one-on-one and small-group training on systems and procedures.
• Conducts training needs assessments and identifies knowledge gaps.
• Maintains current knowledge of financial aid policies and office procedures.
• Coordinates training schedules, attendance, and evaluations.
• Supports processing activities during peak periods to reinforce procedures.
