Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years in student services or related roles.
• Must maintain good standing on federal student loans and NSLDS access for hire and continued employment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of financial aid processes and policies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and run batch processes for the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office.
• Create queries and analyze data for annual reporting, ad hoc requests, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain office quality controls and manage output for supervisor and staff review.
• Maintain a project calendar including schedules, tasks, and related communications to students and staff.
• Serve as main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding batch processes and system questions.
• Assist with Financial Aid Scholarship Office customer service and processing tasks.
• Attend trainings reviewing Federal Student Aid and Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board guides.
