Responsibilities

• Advising/Processing: assist with reviewing student files and processing financial aid.
• Financial Aid Knowledge & Team Support: maintain knowledge of policies and assist transitions.
• Financial Aid Processing: review ISIR data, load files, balance deposits, and imaging.
• General: assist with events and departmental initiatives and respond to questions.
