Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of institutional, state and federal regulations governing financial aid.

Aufgaben

• Package and process financial aid for students.
• Advise students and/or parents on financial aid packages and SFS-related processes.
• Assist Student Accounts in managing accounts receivable to reduce delinquencies.
• Call students missing information to expedite processing of financial aid.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, Advising and other departments to resolve student issues.
