Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or a job-related field and two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas required.
• Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community.
• Proven ability to provide counseling and outreach in financial aid or student services contexts.

Responsibilities

• Counseling and Outreach: Provide broad range of student and family-facing financial aid services and outreach activities.
• Processing, Evaluation, Program Oversight: Lead programmatic area, manage processing activities, evaluate special circumstances, exercise professional judgment.
• Knowledge and Continual Learning: Stay current with evolving financial aid regulations and best practices; contribute to program success.
