Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time employment experience.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner, COD, NSLDS, and related systems.
• Experience in financial aid or a closely related field in Higher Education.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsels and advises students and parents on financial aid eligibility.
• Awarding and revising financial aid packages and making professional judgments.
• Maintain FERPA/GLBA compliant records and confidentiality.
• Process ISIR revisions, appeals, and consortium agreements.
• Collaborate with other offices to streamline processes.
• Provide training to new staff and aid in office procedures.
