Universal Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC seeks a Financial Aid Coordinator to support our Financial Aid department on campus. This role provides hands‑on administrative and front‑desk assistance, guides FAFSA completion, manages appointments, and helps triage requests across departments.

Job Description

The Financial Aid Coordinator is a key support partner for our Financial Aid department at our Mooresville Campus. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on administrative and front‑desk support, assist students and families with FAFSA completion, manage appointments and reports, and help triage requests across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment, and takes pride in accurate, detailed work.

• $20-24 per hour
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
