Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Financial Aid Coordinator to support our Financial Aid team at the Austin campus. You will produce precise paperwork and adhere to established procedures.

The role emphasizes patient, detail-oriented work and a willingness to handle tasks one at a time, with training provided. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student traffic for the Financial Aid Department.
• Notify staff when students arrive for appointments.
• Answer busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner.
• Send out all mailings for the Financial Aid Department and date stamp and disseminate large volume of mail to appropriate staff.
• Check in new enrollments and create files for them.
• Enter Data from FAFSAs and other information when presented.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Financial Aid Coordinator provides administrative support for Financial Aid at Universal Technical Institute, where we are driven to make a difference. This role is focused on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time in order to create precise and consistent work output.

What You'll Do
