Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Financial Aid Manager to guide scholars through FAFSA, TAP, CSS Profile, and other aid processes while ensuring accurate documentation and timely decisions. You will analyze packages, communicate with families and college offices, and manage high-volume workflows using centralized dashboards and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Experience in financial aid, college access, or student services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide scholars and families through FAFSA, TAP, CSS Profile, verification, and institutional financial aid requirements.
Deliver structured financial aid lessons and workshops.
Review award letters with families and support affordability planning.
Communicate with families and school leaders to ensure alignment and timely intervention.
Analyze financial aid packages for discrepancies and affordability concerns.
Manage financial aid appeals with strong documentation and follow-through.
Track deliverables in dashboards and the centralized platform.
Provide classroom coverage for CAP Associates as needed.
